This Is Our Time!

The literary and performing arts communities have joined forces with educators and students from across the southeast to tackle the mounting concerns facing our teenagers each and every day.  Forced to deal with the constant threat of bullying, jealousy, lying, haters and hurtful demands, too many of our teens feel trapped with no way out.

ALL THAT DRAMA the music National Debut

FORT MILL, SC:  Hall of Fame musician and producer Joe Carter recently teamed with ALL THAT DRAMA co-creators Bruce McKagan and Kimberly P. Johnson to record an original compilation of contemporary tracks specifically for teenage girls.  From pop to R&B, rock, rap, gospel and country, each of the eleven song tells it’s own story about the subjects of peer pressure, bullying and hurtful demands, with hope and discovery mixed in.

Music Execs Discover Drama in Fort Mill

FORT MILL, SC  - When former Muzak executive Bruce McKagan moved himself and company from Seattle to Fort Mill in 2000, little did he know what would happen 13 years later.  Joe Carter, award winning producer and founding member of Columbia recording artist Joe Public, had no idea that when he relocated from New York to Fort Mill he would begin to produce music that would change lives.

ROCK HILL SC  - From stanza to stage, the poems of York County author Kimberly P. Johnson inspired a team of industry acclaimed music composers and producers to take their talents beyond the recording studio. Together with Kimberly, Bruce McKagan and Joe Carter have harnessed the emotional and psychological impact of real world drama, creating a prism for teenagers of discovery, hope and change.

Johnson inspired a team of industry acclaimed music composers and producers to take their talents beyond the recording studio. Together with Kimberly, composer Bruce McKagan and hall of fame producer Joe Carter harnessed the emotional and psychological impact of real world drama, creating a prism of discovery, hope and change.   Now ALL THAT DRAMA the musical is getting ready for stage in Kimberly’s back yard.
